Bali's annual Rock 'N Run charity race will be held on November 27th.

BALI, INDONESIA, November 02, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Bali is set to play host to the annual Rock 'N Run charity race, which has been organised to raise money for people in need of harelip and cleft palate surgery.

This year's 5km run is due to take place on Sunday November 27th, with participants aiming to "bring a smile to those unfortunate children afflicted with this facial disfigurement", organiser the Hard Rock Hotel Bali explained in a statement.

The challenge is scheduled to commence at 06:30 local time from the hotel, with registration opening one hour before the start.

Eager runners can put their names down for the 5km race by heading to the Hard Rock Hotel in Kuta between 11:00 and 18:00 each day until the day before the event.

This year marks the 11th occasion that Rock 'N Run has been held, with 2009's charity run seeing more than 350 people turn out to raise money.

In previous years, funds have been distributed via the Rotary Club of Bali's Seminyak branch to assist the Rumah Senyum 'Smile House' organisation.
