Our discussions encouraged employees to brainstorm how our unique mix of native and ESL speakers can, in tangible terms, contribute to innovation and creativity. As with previous employee round tables, we will assess the results and implement all useable ideas.

We brought employees together recently to address the challenges and joys of this polyglot mixture.

We asked employees to propose ideas for working together in ways that will optimize our service to our clients. One repeated suggestion concerned matching of staff with customers from the same language background. Although this has happened informally all along, our employees felt that we could do more.
