Sage ACT! 2011 Smart Tasks have been designed to automate everyday tasks. Multiple steps can be incorporated so that regular contact is maintained with customers and prospective customers, and service levels are improved. Sage ACT! Smart Tasks are intelligent and when one task is completed another task is triggered, for example, a call is completed to a new customer which initiates the next stage, to send a follow up email.
